世界跆拳道競技與武藝競賽之比較研究

摘要

本文研究目的在於探討跆拳道競技與武藝競賽之競賽規則、動作內容。採比較研究法，將跆拳道競技與武藝競賽之內涵作一分析與分享。結果如下：一、整體而言，二種比賽除了場地鋪設地墊面積為14公尺x14公尺及基本技能相同外，其餘皆不同，如：技能表現、競賽時間、裁判位置、參與人數…等。二、跆拳道競技與武藝競賽，都能展現所有運動員之基本技能及進階技能，唯其用不同方式展現，評分法則也不同，二種比賽呈現給觀眾的視覺感受更是大不同。三、競技比賽之運動員必須獨自完成三回合六分鐘的比賽，而武藝則由一個團體多個成員分工合作完成八至九分鐘的比賽，這又是另一個比較不同的地方。四、競技比賽是進行一對一的身體碰觸與力量衝撞的競賽，而武藝競賽則純粹是技能展現。2004年是我國體育界最值得慶祝的一年，也是政府致力於體育運動以來成果最輝煌的一年。我國跆拳道好手在奧運會表現亮麗，獲得二金一銀，為我國摘下奧運史上第一金，也因此而使得跆拳道的運動人口不斷增加。近年來，在中華民國跆拳道協會的推廣下，跆拳道比賽也不再只有傳統的競技比賽，亦積極推動武藝競賽（型場、花式擊破、防身術），注重運動休閒娛樂功能，使得跆拳道運動更普及化。

This study focuses on the difference of race regulation and movement in taekwondo and muye by using comparative methodology, findings as follows: 1. Except for the basic movement and the combat area are the same, these two sports are different in technique strategies, time, position of judges and number of participants. 2. Both taekwondo and muye enable the athletes' to demonstrate basic and advance technique and movement, however the different ways of performance and judging surely give the audience different feelings. 3. Taekwondo athelets need to finish individually on a six minutes race for three rounds, muye athelets however finish the 8-9 mins race by sharing task among team members. 4. Taekwondo is the sport of one-on-one physical contact and power impact, and muye is purely performed on the technique aspect. 2004 was the most prominent year of the government's promotion in sports and surely was the most cheerful year as well. Our national taekwondo athletes gained two golds and one silver at the Athens Olympic. It is special because it is the first Olympic gold in Taiwan, also encouraged more citizens to participate in the Taekwondo sports. Under the promotion of Chinese Taipei Taekwondo Association for the recent years, the race has no longer been just the traditional combat race, but also focus on the sport and leisure level on muye (Poomse, Break, Self-Defense), so that the taekwondo is more popular among the citizens.
