下肢震動刺激訓練對青少年步頻的立即影響

Short Team Effect of Lower Extremity Vibration Stimulus on Striking Frequency of Teenagers

摘要


最近研究指出震動訓練(vibration training)對於刺激神經肌肉系統活化的效果良好,然而,青少年階段正處於神經發展最敏感之關鍵期,且步頻是屬於神經興奮與抑制間的快速交替的協調性表現,因此,本研究目的欲探討不同次動刺激次數介入對於步頻表現之影響。14位國中男青少年(平均年齡12.66±0.40歲、身高159.94±9.81公分、體重52.±6.68公斤)為受試者,利用韓製Best Line SL-7700型雙平台驅動震動訓練器為震動刺激來源,其震動頻率為30 Hz、震幅為8mm,隨機進行四種不同震動刺激次數,一、二、三、 四次,每次60秒,每次之間休息四分鐘。於震動刺激介入前及後四分鐘進行碎步跑,利用加速規測得步頻頻率。結果顯示:震動刺激介入前後的步頻表現依序為4.93±0.73 Hz,5.22±0.70 Hz,5.34±0.66 Hz,5.44±0.67 Hz,5.29±0.58 Hz,且震動刺激後的步頻表現均顯著優於前測。因此,本結論為震動刺激介入對於步頻表現有顯著效果,且經過三次震動刺激後,其步頻表現最佳。

Recent researches showed that vibration training could recruit more muscle activity and teenagers were just in the golden period of neuromuscular development. Moreover, strike frequency was part of the performance which alternated neuromuscular excitation and inhibition coordinately. The purpose of this study was to investigate that the acute effects of vibration stimulus on lower limbs on striking frequency with four various times interventions. Fourteen male freshmen of junior high school (Age 12.66±0.40 yrs, height 159.94±9.81 cm, weight 52.± 6.68 kg) were voluntarily recruited for this study. All subjects were assigned to stand on a vibration platform (Best Line SL-7700, Korean-made), the frequency was 30 Hz and the amplitude was 8 mm, with four varied stimulation times, one, two, three, four times, 60 second per time and four minutes per interval. Before and after different vibration interventions in four minutes, they were asked to do crash running as striking frequency detected by an accelerometer and repeated one-way ANOVA were measured the distinct acute effects of lower extremity vibration stimulus with different times. The results showed that the varied strike frequency before and after vibration interventions were separated 4.93±0.73 Hz, 5.22±0.70 Hz, 5.34±0.66 Hz, 5.44±0.67 Hz, 5.29±0.58 Hz and all performances after varied vibration times stimulus were significantly quicker than that without vibration. In conclusion, there were significant short term effects of lower extremity vibration on strike frequency, in particularly after three times stimulus.
