全國運動會知識管理之芻議

A Study on Knowledge Management of the National Games

摘要

在經濟知識背景下，現代運動賽事若僅藉著「嘗試錯誤」以累積經驗的籌辦方式，只會導致嚴重的失敗惡果。但大型賽會往往是臨時編組，因此，運動賽會透過知識管理來傳承、分享知識與經驗，有其重要性。本研究旨在以文獻分析法，探討全國運動會的知識管理。結果如下：一、歸納出全國運動會的顯性知識與隱性知識。二、全運會可透過知識取得、知識呈現、知識擴散、知識應用、知識回饋、知識整合、知識紀錄與儲存等步驟執行知識管理，將知識傳承下來。

Under the context of knowledge economy, the modern of sports event only make preparation by the way-”trial and error” to accumulating the experience, it only can cause the serious defeat. And sports event often is temporary grouping, so it is important to inherit the knowledge and the experience by knowledge management. This research by document analytic method is for purpose of improvident knowledge management of the national games. The conclusions are as followed: (1) The national games classifies explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. (2) Knowledge management of the national games by the knowledge obtains, presents, dissemination, application, feedback, integrate, record and storage to inherit the preparation knowledge and experience by written and video.
