輔仁大學學生參與慢速壘球運動動機與問題之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討輔仁大學學生參與慢速壘球運動之現況；其次，透過問卷調查方式了解不同背景變項之學生在參與慢速壘球運動之參與動機。本研究對象為輔仁大學95學年度有實際參與慢速壘球社舉辦之聯盟賽隊伍總計13隊，球員共計190位。實際發放190份問卷，回收有效問卷184份，經分析與討論後結論如下：一、輔仁大學學生在參與慢速壘球運動現況之背景變項中，參與之學生皆為男性，其中以大二為多數，大多數隊伍經費來源為透過收取隊費；二、在參與的現況中發現所使用場地以學校操場為主，每週固定有兩次以上的練習時間，而對比賽的消息大都從網路上獲得；三、在參與動機部分依得分高低分別為以鍛鍊身體，增進健康（4.05）為最高、其次為參與者的興趣（4.02）、再者為學習該運動的技巧與方法（4.01）；四、在參與的問題部分，經問卷調查後受試者感到前五大問題依序為天氣不佳為（3.87）、缺乏同伴為（3.87）、受傷之疑慮為（3.75）、隊友之間的互動氣氛為（3.69）以及場地、設施位置方便性為（3.69）。整體而言慢壘運動在輔仁大學風氣頗為盛行，未來若能有更多場地及設施，相信其發展將更為可觀。

The motive of the research was to investigate the state of Fu Jen Catholic University undergraduates participate in slow pitch, secondly to contrast differences of the state of play and constraints of undergraduates with different background who participate in slow pitch by questionnaire. The objects of the research are 13 teams including 190 players which participate in the games hold by slow pitch club in 95th academic year at Fu Jen Catholic University (FJCU). The actually released questionnaires are 190, and the valid ones are 184. The conclusions are drawn after the analysis and discussion: 1. In the participation of the soft ball, the variables among the students of FJCU are the players, who are completely male participants, and the sophomores are the majority. And the budget for running the team is collected from the players. 2. The place for training is the field inside the school. There are more than two training times every week, and the information for training are available from the Internet. 3. In order the score of the part of Participative Motive, the first is to have physical training and improve their fitness(4.05); the next is participants' interests (4.02)、furthermore, it's to learn skills and the way of the exercise(4.01)。4. The five major problems of participation are the following: poor weather (3.87), lacking peer (3.87), the concern for injury (3.75), the interaction among teammates (3.69) and the convenience of the training field (3.69). Generally speaking, the tone of playing slow pitch in FJCU is pretty prevalent, and we are sure that it will become more popular when the fields and facility are more available in the future.
