96年全國運動會運動員心理技能之研究

The Research of Athletes' Psychological Skills in National Athletic Games 2007

摘要


本研究目的為:一、暸解國內運動員心理技能現況;二、探討不同背景變項與不同技能水準運動員在心理技能表現之差異情形。本研究運動員心理技能量表係依據邱玉惠(2001)以ACSI-28為藍本,編製適合我國運動員使用的心理技能量表為研究工具;對象以立意與便利取樣,進行問卷填答,合計314份(男生191人、女生123人),回收率95.1%。資料處理包括描述統計及獨立樣本二因子多變量變異數分析,所有統計考驗之顯著水準(α)訂為.05。所得結果如下:(一)96全運會運動員心理技能依序為「可教導性」、「動機」、「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「專注」、「自信心」。(二)在獨立樣本二因子多變量變異數分析上均未呈現交互作用現象。但單變量考驗在「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「動機」、「自信心」層面上,男性、年齡較長者與訓練年數較長者運動員均顯著優於女性、年齡較少者與訓練年數較短者運動員;競賽項目在「壓力處理與逆境調適」層面上,田徑運動員顯著優於球類、技擊類選手;在「動機」層面上,田徑運動員顯著優於球類運動員;在「可教導性」層面上,田徑與技擊類運動員顯著優於球類運動員。

The purposes of this study were as follows: 1. To realize the applications of athletes' psychological skills in our country. 2. To explore the differences of psychological skills according to different athletes' backgrounds and their different abilities. The measurement in this study originated from ACSI-28 (Chiou, yu-hui, 2001) was improved to fit to athletes in our country. With purposive sampling and convenience sampling, participants were 314 athletes (males 191, females 123). The return rate was 95.1%. The researcher analyzed the data by Described statistics and two-way MANOVA. All of the significant levels of statistical tests were set at 0.05. The study results were as follows: 1. According to priority, the psychological skills of the athletes in 2007 were ”coach ability”, ”motivation”, ”pressure management and adversity adjustment”, ”concentration” and ”confidence.” 2. It didn’t show any interaction atmosphere on Two-way MANOVA test. While when he used One Way ANOVA to deal with the test, ”pressure management and adversity adjustment,” ”motivation” and ”self-confidence” showed that the condition of male elders and long term training athletes were better than females, young people and short term training athletes. As to the ”pressure management and adversity adjustment,” the athletes of track and field were better than ball players and kendo players. As for the ”motivation”, athletes of track and field were better than ball players. While on teachability, players of track and field and kendo players were better than ball players.
