國民中學體育師資培育課程之合適性

Appropriateness of Physical Education Teacher Training Program in Junior High Schools

摘要


本研究之目的在於探討國民中學體育師資培育課程之合適性。採用質性研究的分析方式,以訪談法做為資料收集的工具。研究結果發現:一、師資培育課程中,符合體育教學所需的教育專業課程包含:(一)青少年相關之心理學、學生輔導、溝通技巧及教師情緒管理等相關課程;(二)教育理念、教學原理等相關課程;(三)特殊教育之相關課程及(四)教師資格檢定考之相關課程。二、師資培育課程中,體育專門課程應是其最為不足、亟需加強的部分,其理由包含:(一)修課時數不足;(二)授課師資、修課內容不符體育教學所需。三、師資中心教師及現職體育教師認為師資培育課程中,尚須增加的教育專業課程包含:(一)情緒管理、輔導與親子教育之相關課程;(二)強化教師資格檢定之相關課程。四、師資培育課程中,可增加的體育專門課程包含:(一)新興運動之相關課程;(二)體育術科之相關課程;(三)體育教材教法之相關課程。五、師資培育中心之教師認為未來體育教師在面對其教學工作時應能具備其人文素養、生涯規劃、電腦、語文甚至是第二專長等之能力,以符合其教學、生活所需。

The study was aimed to discuss the appropriateness of physical education teacher training program in junior high schools. The study uses interviews as a tool to collect data and analyze the data in qualitative research method. As to the study results, we find that in the teacher training program, the specialized education courses which cohere with physical education include 1.) adolescent psychology, student counseling, communicative skills, and teachers' emotion management; 2.) the philosophy and principles of education 3.) special education 4.) teacher qualification assessment. Second, in the teacher training program, courses which are specialized inphysical education are the most insufficient and need to be reinforced. The reasons of that are: 1.) insufficient class hours 2.) teachers and teachers' instruction are not qualified to the teaching of physical education. Third, teachers in teacher training centers and PE teachers in current position think that in the teacher training program, we should still increase courses specialized in emotion management, counseling, and parents-children relationship. Also, courses related to teacher qualification assessment should be enhanced. Fourh, as to courses specialized in physical education in the teacher training program, we may increase courses related to 1.) emerging sports, 2.) Physical skill curriculum, 3.) teaching materials and methods. Fifth, teachers in teacher training centers consider that when facing their teaching career, future PE teachers should have the capability of humanistic cultivation, making career plan, using computers, languages, and even developing second proficiency.
