摘要

本研究旨在探討射箭教練對於決定選手站姿之決策分析。本研究採用質性研究中之現象學方法，透過現象的描述、本質的還原與經驗結構的詮釋，提供射箭教練對於決定選手站姿的決策思考的內容描述。對於2009年世界射箭錦標賽複選賽之教練進行訪談。研究對象中有4位女性教練及7位男性教練，平均教練年資為12.36年。研究結果得知選手的動作穩定性及成績的穩定性，是射箭運動兩個重要決策因素，當教練在決定選手站姿的時候，就已經開始建立決策模式，並且掌握決策的執行，在這個管理方向之下，對選手動作在發展的過程，有明確的主張同時也能順利進行調整。當教練確認了站姿在整個射箭動作的地位之後，教練對選手站姿的決策能夠使動作更加穩定。

This study was to analysis the archery coach to determine the stance for archers. Phenomenological of qualitative study method was applied in this study. Through a description of the phenomenon, the nature of the structure and experience to bring back the interpretation of archery coach to decide the stance for archer. The coaches for the 2009 World Archery Championships trail game were interviewed. The interviewee included four female coaches and seven male coaches, with an average 12.36 years of coaching career. Results revealed that the archer's motion and score stability are the two important decision factors which coach determining archer's stance. Since coach decided archer's stance, the decision-making model had already started. In this clear decision-making, the management of archer's development process had adjusted. The authors conclude, while coach confirmed the standing position throughout the archery motion, the coach's decision-making can make archer's motion more stable.
