摘要
Syphacia obvelata的蟲卵在掃描電子顯微鏡下略呈半月形，其腹側平直，背側稍呈弧形。蟲卵背側的一端有明顯的孵化區，蟲體孵化時即由此破殼而出。孵化區的大小約32μm × 10μm。孵化區與非孵化區的表面，在2000X下並無明顯的特殊構造。

The scanning electron microscope has been used to study ova of Syphacia obvelataa. The results showed that a more clear external morphological structure was found under the examination of SEM. According to our observations, ova of S. obvelata are crescentshaped, flat on one side and slightly arched on the other side. A very apparent hatching area (32 um x 10 um) could be seen on one end of the arched side of the ovum. It is the area that the larva emerges from the ovum. The surface of the hatching area and the other parts of the ovum appeared relatively smooth under the magnification of 2,000X.
