摘要

從台灣地區選取森林、苗圃及栽培林下之表層土壤，首次分離出細胞黏菌十二個菌株，並經鑑定為二屬四種：Dictyostelium brefeldianum Hagiwara，Dictyostelium giganteum Singh，Polysphondylium violaceum Brefeld and Polysphondylium pallidum Olive。上述四菌種皆為台灣新記錄。另採用菌株配對試驗，結果發現D. giganteum之菌株配對型有：014 x 010，014 x 016，014 x 017及016 x 017均可產生大胞囊，此顯示其具有雌雄異株性。所有菌種之純培養已被貯藏於國立台灣師範大學生物研究所菌類實驗室內。

Twelve strains of cellular slime molds were isolated in Taiwan. They are identified as two genera of four species, namely: Dictyostelium brefeldianum Hagiwara, Dictyostelium giganteum Singh, Polysphordylium violaceum Brefeld, Polysphordylium pallidum Olive All species are described and reported as new. By using the compatibility test of D. giganteum, macrocysts were obtained from following strains: 014 X 010, 014 X 016, 014 X 017 and 016 X 017, and shown the above species to be heterothallic. Living cultures and their transfers are deposited in the Mycology Laboratory, Institute of Biological Sciences, National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C.
