用雞肉、魚內臟、肝蛋白揀及胰化元揀為培養基以比較誘捕金色蚤蠅之效果:另利用肝蛋白球做成固體培養基以培養誘捕之金色蚤蠅幼蟲,比較各幼蟲期及蝙期時間;另在肝蛋白球培養基中添加魚粉、鰻魚粉、魚精及蝦粉以探討適合蚤蠅幼蟲生長之培養基。結果顯示在室內較易引誘蚤蠅產卵,雞肉及胰化元揀培養基之誘蟲效果最佳;蛹之羽化率則以魚內臟培養基最高。以肝蛋白球培養蚤蠅第一代到第四代平均幼蟲期分別為8.7, 8.37,8.33,10.25天;平均蛹期分別為7.0,10.4,7.8,6.0天。添加魚粉、鰻粉及魚精較適合蚤蠅幼蟲生長。本研究結果可提供有關蚤蠅生物學研究之參考。
The mediums of chicken meat, fish internal organ, proteose peptone and tryptone were put inside the animal house and laboratory and outside the animal house to study the efficiency of trapping phorids. The larva of phorids were reared in proteose peptone medium to study the life span of larvae and pupae. The addition of three kinds of fish powder and shrimp powder to proteose peptone medium was studied what was fit the growth of phorid larvae. The results revealed that the chicken meat and tryptone could trap more pupa, and the best efficiency was inside the animal house and laboratory. The average larva stages of four generations were 8.7 days, 8.37 days, 8.33 days and 10.25 days. The average pupa stages of four generations were 7.0 days, 10.4 days, 7.8 days and 6.0 days. The shrimp powder added in the proteose peptone medium was the worse for rearing phorid larvae than other three kinds of fish powder.
