工作塑造初探-用心理論之改變類別實驗研究

The Study of Changing Classification Mindfully as a Job Crafting Strategy

摘要


如何讓員工感受工作的意義是人力資源界的新興議題,工作塑造是倡議的作法之一;本研究係結合工作塑造與用心理論,進行初探性的實驗研究,介入方案係以改變類別為主,提供參與研究樣本將簡報視為自我介紹的機會,結果驗證在此新分類的條件下,有助於提高簡報學習的喜好度以及意義感,據此研究結果另提出對警察組織未來人力資源管理的相關建議。

How to improve employees' meaningfulness at work is emerging issue in human resources management, and job crafting is one of the proposals. This study was conducted to investigate the job crafting strategy by changing classification of PowerPoint presentation mindfully. Results indicated that the mindfulness intervention raised samples' like rating on the task. As well as, samples' perceptions of task importance is positively related to the meaningfulness in performing task. These findings have implications for future management.
