音樂才能資優者學習歷程中啟蒙教師的圖像

The Picture of the Teachers through the Learning Process of the Musical Talented Children

摘要


本研究目的在探討音樂才能資優兒童學習歷程中啟蒙教師的圖像。本研究共邀請十一位研究參與者,其中有五位曾就讀國內音樂資優班的學生,他們皆以鋼琴為主修樂器。其次,他們的家長共五位,最後任教於音樂資優班的教師有二位。因為其中有一位是家長,也是音樂資優班的教師,故共有十一位研究參與者。本研究透過深度訪談,再把訪談資料進行分析。本論文包括有三個部分:音樂才能資優兒童啟蒙音樂教師的特質、音樂才能資優兒童的特質、影響音樂才能資優兒童學習成就之因素。本研究主要發現如下:一般家長在選擇啟蒙教師時,除了教師的名氣外,還會經由熟人的介紹、家長間口碑佳、教師的處事態度、教師的性別、教師的教學經驗,都是參考條件之一。教師的人格特質可分為溫和、仁慈、友善及嚴格的類型,會影響彼此維持師生關係之道。教師對音樂的投入與熱情,教學技巧的表現,可使兒童鋼琴技巧更為精進,加上教師與家長共同督促,進而成為兒童音樂學習生涯的重要他人。希望透過本研究中啟蒙教師的圖像,對音樂才能資優者在啟蒙學習的過程中有所助益,面對現今社會急速轉變的音樂表演生態,希望本研究結果對音樂才能資優兒童、鋼琴啟蒙教師提出建議,教師與家長之間的學習教導與付出能符合世界潮流,培養出更傑出的音樂人才。

The purpose of this research was to explore and understand the picture of the teachers through the learning process of the musical talented children. During this research, 11 participants have been invited. Included 5 participants attended in the musical talented classes in Taiwan, all of them majored in piano. The others were their parents. There are two fulltime musical teachers in the musical talented classes. Because one parent of a participants who is a musical teacher also in this study. This research was conducted through deep interview and an analysis their narrative. There are 3 main sections discussed in this research paper and they are: 1. The characteristics of the teachers for the musical talented children. 2. The characteristics of the musical talented children. 3. The factors that impact the learning process of musical talented children. The findings of this study, as follows: 1. The essential criteria for the parents to decide the musical teacher for their children was based on the popularity of the teacher, the teacher's sex, their teaching experiences and whether it was referred through other parents. 2. The characteristics of the teachers included gentleness, kindness, friendly and restrict and how the teachers balance the relationship between themselves and the students. Moreover, the passion of the music in the mind of the teachers and the skills he taught to the students would have an impact on the children's learning experiences and hence becoming significant others in children's learning process. Through this research, it is hoping that the analysis will bring benefits to music talented children who are currently undertaking their music study. As the changing pace in this society is fast, it is with great sincere that this analysis will bring some contributions towards understanding the relationship between the students, the parents, the teachers and therefore educate wisely to future professional musicians.
