This paper illustrates the observation of the APCG 2018 Youth Camp, which include the field trips, lectures, cultural excursions, interest grouping activities and wrap-up presentations. Based on the observation and the organized data, the requirements of the participants as well as the origin, the creed, and the curricula of this event are presented. The personal reflection and suggestions are also presented from the following prospective. 1. Make the most of the resources of a science park to boost students' motivation. 2. Enhance our science and technology learning environment in reference to the National Science & Technology Fair 2018, Thailand. 3. Design flexible or cross-border discussion topics for students to inspire their thinking and boost their creativity. 4. Promote mutual understanding through multi-directional cultural exchange. 5. Present students' wrap-up performance in diverse ways.
