摘要

綠建築是達成永續發展的方法之一，如何以環境負荷的觀點探討綠建築建設完成後，對地球環境可持續發展的環境貢獻度，是現行綠建築容積獎勵的重大課題之一。本文首先以文獻回顧的方式，探討營建行為對環境負荷之衝擊影響。進而以實際案例分析其綠建築設計手法，對減低環境負荷的貢獻。最後，提出節能減碳之綠建築評估模型，藉以建立低碳生活家園，並為地球環境可持續發展盡一份心力。
