中國科技大學物業管理學分學程學習滿意度之研究
A Study on Learning satisfaction of Property Management Credit Program in China University of Technology
摘要
在2004年由經濟部頒佈物業管理綱要，國內民間物業管理相關業者也逐步重視，更提升物業管理品質化、資訊化且並具備全盤的作業能力，但缺乏穩定的物業管理專業人才取得的管道，針對市場需求多次招集各專業學者探討人才培訓及課程編制等議題，而各大專院校看準市場上物業管理所需之能力，也紛紛設立物業管理相關科系以培養人才。中國科技大學於民國96年8月開始設立物業管理學分學程，並增加多元跨領域學習課程，至今已有三年之久，故本研究針對此三年之實施情況對學生學習成果作一調查，並將調查結果彙整與分析，以了解學生對中國科技大學開設之物業管理學分學程課程滿意度以及課程編排之滿意度，並更進一步分析未來學生走向，提供於中國科技大學各系所物業管理學分學程擬定及改善課程與空間設備之參考依據。

In 1997, the China University of Technology established credit courses in property management and added multidisciplinary courses of study, which have been running for 3 years to date. This research investigates the effect of three years of running these courses on students' achievements. The findings are collated and analyzed to determine students' levels of satisfaction toward the property management courses and their structure.
