摘要

本研究有感於建築類文化資產保存的重要性，與不滿多種獨具價值之建築類文化資產轉為不知其所以然的餐飲空間，故希望透過本研究，利用臺北市文化資產經營管理，來整合、歸納現有之建築類文化資產經營管理類型和問題，以瞭解政府推動建築類文化資產保存事業之方法與實際執行間的落差，及政府和地方(公私保存機構或組織，和社區民眾)之間的衝突關係與落差原因，並藉由臺北市青田街風貌存區內日式宿舍之不同經營管理方式為案例，進行研究分析，說明臺北市現行古蹟及歷史建築經營管理與實質社會需求之間的問題，並針對問題進行研析，最後提出問題對策建議，希望可以對臺灣未來執行建築類文化資產永續經營有所幫助，讓我們身邊重要的文化瑰寶得以永久留存以展現其獨特之歷史意義與文化價值。

Responding to the issues of the architectural protection of cultural assets, and architectures with unique cultural values has been used as meaningless dining space. It is hoped that through this research, by integrating and summarizing the existing architectural and cultural assets management issues in Taipei, understanding the gap between the Government to promote the architectural protection of cultural assets and its actual implementation, and the conflicts between the local entities (public and private agencies or organizations, and the communities), the suggestions related to the problems between the management of historic relics and the needs of essential society will be proposed finally. We hope that this writing is helpful to the implementation of sustainable management of architectural protection, and the precious cultural relics can be reserved to show its historical and cultural values.
