病態因子和溫度相互關係之探討：以南部某醫院為例

病態建築症候群（Sick Building Syndrome，SBS）於1970 年被提出，是指建築物使用人員在不良的室內空氣環境下，身體會產生各種不適的症狀，大部分病態建築症候群發生在門窗緊閉、設有中央空調之空間或是室內空氣與室外空氣換氣不良之場所。二氧化碳主要來自燃燒與人類呼吸而產生，總揮發性有機化合物來源較二氧化碳複雜，通常來自醫院內的消毒水及酒精等有機溶劑。透過二氧化碳、總揮發性有機化合物與溫度間的關係，瞭解該醫院空間內汙染物質之相互關係，並與國內相關法規做比較，以作為之後該醫院空間規劃或改善之參考。本研究乃對南部某醫院內十個醫療空間，進行室內空氣品質量測與分析。本研究調查發現，該醫院總揮發性有機化合物於十個空間中，其濃度都高於行政院環保署規定之最高值0.56ppm。醫院內的檢驗科、門診檢查室、耳鼻喉科、內科及婦產科等空間之二氧化碳濃度亦超出我國法規之建議值1000ppm，顯示出這些空間普遍有換氣率不足之情況。

Sick building syndrome (SBS) was proposed in 1970. Refers to service personnel in poor indoor air environment, the body produces a variety of uncomfortable symptoms. Most of the sick building syndrome in the shuttered, with central air-conditioning space or poor indoor air with outdoor air ventilation of the place. Carbon dioxide is produced mainly from combustion and human respiratory. However, total volatile organic compounds source is more complex than carbon dioxide, which in hospital usually from disinfectant and organic solvents such as alcohol. Through the relationship between total carbon dioxide, volatile organic compounds and temperature to understand the relationship of pollutants within the space of the hospital. Besides, comparing it with the domestic regulations to provide a reference for hospital spatial planning or improvement. This study measured and analyzed the indoor air quality in ten medical space in a southern hospital. The result showed that the density of total volatile organic compounds is higher than that of the environmental protection Administration Department (The maximum value of 0.56ppm).Hospital examination room, laboratory, clinic ear, nose and throat, internal medicine and the spatial concentration of carbon dioxide is beyond China's regulations on Obstetrics and Gynecology recommended value 1000ppm, which indicated that these spaces generally have a ventilation rate of the shortfalls.
