高雄市日間照顧中心現況調查分析研究－以燕巢日照中心與茄萣日照中心為例

近年來台灣人口結構改變，老年人口逐年上升，家屬工作繁忙對於長者照護不便，本研究認為應以目前長期照護機構研究領域中已發展成熟的論點及方法，探究政府政策推動成立下之日間照護中心，並以現場調查分析，探討日照中心之成功模式，希望透過此研究驅使整體收托率增加、提升現有品質，將其導向以高齡收托者為主的健全方向發展，以供相關單位及福利機構經營管理參考。透過文獻回顧、現地訪談、案例調查等方法以高雄市燕巢及茄萣兩日間照護中心為例，歸納現有日間照護中心之經營管理、運作及問題，了解政府推動老人日間照護政策與實際上有何落差與民間企業是如何不經由政府之幫助經營，進而分析說明高雄市現行日照中心經營管理與實質社會需求之間的問題，提供更符合現況之維護管理模式，解決老人照護能量與品質不足之問題。
