以建築立體綠化探討都市降溫影響因子之研究

A Study of Impact Factors of Vertical Building Greening on Urban Microclimate Cooling

摘要


都市快速發展,土地使用密度趨高,既有透水鋪面逐漸為人工地盤取代,加上冷氣、汽機車等廢氣排放,大量人工發熱量在都心區域產生上昇氣流造成都市熱島效應。綠地系統的建置有效減緩都市熱島。在都心區土地有限情況下,綠化遂由平面轉向立體化趨勢,不僅可提升建築外觀美化都市,更是降低建築輻射熱以節約能源,對人的心理亦有舒緩之效。本研究探討建築物立體綠化都市降溫因子,收集學術期刊論文、雜誌、博碩士論文、研究成果報告等文獻,整理出影響都市降溫效益影響因子分別為氣候環境條件(包含季節、氣溫、風速與風向、時間)、建築物綠化設計條件(包含綠化方位、綠化高度、植栽種類、綠化率),並藉由國外立體綠化規範在植栽種類、覆土工法、綠化整體性與強制性等積極作法可作為臺灣推廣立體綠化之借鏡。

As the fast development of urban development, higher density urban land use and pervious surfaces gradually replaced by artificial turf effect become more and more serious and cause an increase of heat islands. The previous studies have demonstrated that construction of the green infrastructure and use the green vertical planting at the limited land in the urban core can improve the urban landscape and mitigate urban heat islands. In addition to decreasing the solar radiation of building insulation, it also relaxes to human psychology. This research explores the urban microclimate cooling factors of the vertical building greening methods. Most studies sorted out the climate, environmental conditions and building greening design methods affect the urban microclimate cooling factors of the vertical building greening. First of all, the climate conditions include seasonal changes, air temperature, wind velocity, wind direction and occurrence frequency. Secondly, the design methods include greening orientation of building facade, height of greening, planting type, ratio of green cover, etc. Finally, with the foreign vertical building greening norms in the planting species, soil cover method, greening planning and mandatory and positive practices to establish vertical building greening methods and design guideline to provide reference suggestion in Taiwan.
