探討高雄市公立國小閒置空間再利用之研究-以日間照顧中心為例-

摘要


本研究探討國小閒置空間(教室)再利用之研究,並評估日間照顧中心結合教室的可能性。了解現今少子化問題與人口逐年嚴重老化問題,調查且分析目前高雄市國小的人口數、閒置空間(教室)間數,和高雄市日間照顧中心分部、機構概況、與老年人口數,當調查分析之後,到各個日間照顧中心專訪其內部空間使用狀況、空間大小、及空間需求,以利於本研究進行國小閒置空間(教室)再利用之研究。若能有效的運用國小閒置空間(教室),將可能大幅度的配合政府的「長期照顧十年計畫2.0」,使老年人口的照顧可以更加的普及化。

This study explores the research on the reuse of idle space (classrooms) in the country and evaluates the possibility of combining day care centers with classrooms. Understand today's declining birthrate problem and the serious aging problem of the population year by year, investigate and analyze the current population of Kaohsiung City, the number of vacant space (classrooms), and Kaohsiung City Day Care Center branch, organization profile, and the number of elderly people. After the investigation and analysis, an interview was made with each day care center on its internal space usage, space size, and space requirements in order to facilitate the research on the reuse of the country's small unused space (classrooms). If we can effectively use the idle space (classrooms) at the national level, we will be able to significantly cooperate with the government's "Long-Term Care for Decade Plan 2.0" so that care for older people can be more universalized.
