油煙之懸浮與細懸浮微粒對人體影響研究

摘要


本研究分析家庭排放之油煙差異及對人體影響,並探討效改善空氣品質及污染問題。空氣污染物是空氣中的物質,對人類和生態環境産生有害影響,其污染物含有臭氧、二氧化氮、PM2.5懸浮微粒及非甲烷碳氫化合物等,而油煙的成分更復雜,主要有醛、酮、烴、脂肪酸、醇、雜環化合物等,其中包括苯并芘、揮發性亞硝胺、雜環胺類化合物等已知高致癌物。以全國十大死因為例,惡性腫瘤(癌症)為居榜首,而肺癌死亡率則居國人癌症之首,但罹肺癌女性逾九成不吸菸,根據資料蒐集,廚房油煙是女性罹癌殺手,本次研究設計低成本可攜帶之懸浮微粒實驗設備與系統,並進行廚房油煙懸浮微粒之檢測;期望透過本研究設備開發之PM2.5感知檢測設備採集油煙中的PM2.5、PM10濃度數據,並分析對人體的影響,找出問題且構想能夠改善此現象的方案。

This study analyzed the differences in fume emissions from households and their impact on humans, and explored ways to improve air quality and pollution. Air pollutants are substances in the air that have harmful effects on humans and the ecological environment. The pollutants include ozone, nitrogen dioxide, PM2.5 suspended particulates, and non-methane hydrocarbons. The composition of soot is more complex. Aldehydes, ketones, hydrocarbons, fatty acids, alcohols, heterocyclic compounds, and the like, including known carcinogens such as benzopyrene, volatile nitrosamines, and heterocyclic amine compounds. With the top ten cause of death in the country, malignant tumors (cancer) rank the top, and lung cancer mortality ranks first in the country's cancer. However, over 90% of lung cancer women do not smoke. According to data collection, kitchen fumes are female cancer killers. In this study, we designed a low-cost, portable aerosol particle testing device and system, and detected kitchen fumes suspended particles. We expect to collect PM2.5 and PM10 concentration data from soot through the PM2.5 sensing and detection equipment developed in this research facility. , and analyze the impact on the human body, identify problems and conceive solutions that can improve this phenomenon.
