國際航站病媒蚊防治策略之探討

國際機場是連接國際的門戶，重要的交通樞紐，隨著全球化以及世界各地往來交通日漸便捷頻繁，大幅增加了病媒蚊透過航機傳播疾病的風險，因此，機場的管控對於降低病媒傳播疾病在全球的蔓延而言是相當關鍵的一環。近年，因病媒蚊造成的如登革熱、茲卡病毒感染症之傳染疫情爆發，不僅在許多國家造成重大影響與傷亡，國際往來帶來的跨域傳播更引發全球性的關注與恐慌，使得國際間交通工具與樞紐的衛生管理成為重要的議題。為避免機場內病媒孳生造成群聚感染，本研究針對機場之病媒蚊防治策略進行探討，並提出改善對策，包括「人員教育」與「環境改善」二大類方式，希冀能有效降低機場環境之病媒相關指數，提供優質環境，並可作為相關業者與場所改善之參考。

The international airport is the gateway to the international community and an important transportation hub. With the increasing globalization and the frequent and frequent traffic around the world, the risk of vector mosquitoes spreading diseases through aircrafts is greatly increased. Therefore, the airport's management and control are aimed at reducing vector-borne diseases. The spread of the world is a key link. In recent years, outbreaks of infectious diseases such as dengue fever and Zika virus infections caused by vector mosquitoes have not only caused major impacts and casualties in many countries, but also led to global attention and panic caused by international cross-border communication, making international traffic Health management of tools and hubs has become an important issue. In order to prevent infectious diseases in the airport from causing infectious diseases, this study explored the prevention and control strategies for vector mosquitoes at airports and proposed improvement measures, including ＂human education＂ and ＂environmental improvement＂. The purpose of this study was to effectively reduce airport environmental diseases. The media-related index provides a quality environment and can serve as a reference for the improvement of related businesses and places.
