兩岸營建業技術效率評估

Assessment of Technical Efficiencies of Construction Industry across the Taiwan Strait

摘要

我國政府積極協助營建業赴外拓展已是勢在必行的目標，然所面臨問題應是我國與目標國營建公司技術效率評估及表現。本研究應用隨機邊界法評估兩岸123家營建公司2007-2017年共11年之資產、成本及勞動三投入分項要素與營收產出要素技術效率分析。研究結果發現:臺灣地區資產投入要素技術效率值低於大陸地區技術效率均值；而成本投入要素技術效率並無顯著差異；臺灣地區營建業勞動投入要素技術效率表現優於大陸地區及臺灣地區營收產出要素技術效率值高於大陸地區技術效率均值。

It is an imperative goal for the government to actively assist the construction industry to expand abroad. However, the problem should be the technical efficiency assessment and performance of China and the target country. In this study, the stochastic frontier approach was used to evaluate the technical efficiency of the assets, costs, and labor input components and revenue output factors of 123 construction companies across the Taiwan Strait for 2007-2017. The research results show that the technical efficiency value of asset input factors in Taiwan is lower than the average technical efficiency of mainland China; and the technical efficiency of cost input factors is not significantly different; the technical efficiency of labor input factors in Taiwan construction industry is better than that in mainland China and Taiwan. The technical efficiency value of the element is higher than the average technical efficiency of the Chinese mainland.
