八卦掌的美感詮釋

八卦掌是傳統武術諸拳種中，形成、發展較晚的一門，約起源於清乾隆年間，因此其內容吸收了許多其他拳種之特長而消化納入八卦掌之體系，所以八卦掌是一多元豐富，兼容並蓄之拳種。八卦掌之原始發明，與《易經》八卦並無直接關係，然其掌法之多變，卻又與《易經》八卦之精神吻合。八卦掌是一真（技擊防禦）、善（養生保健）、美（藝術美感）兼具，合於道藝的完美拳種。目前八卦掌之相關研究，大多偏向於技術方面，而較缺乏美學方面的研究，因此，本文試以傳統哲學與審美?基礎，探討、詮釋八卦掌的美感表現。內容包含：八卦掌之起源、特色與哲學基礎；八卦掌的美感詮釋：以詮釋法從圖象說（八卦掌動作形象之特徵）、技藝說（八卦掌技法運用之特色）、形式說（八卦掌套路進行之形式）、風格說（八卦掌行拳風貌之呈現）、美感說（八卦掌形象呈現之藝術精神）、境界說（八卦掌功力境界之達成）等方面探討、詮釋八卦掌的美感表現；及對各種分析進行研究之結果。

Among the traditional forms of martial arts, Ba Gua Chang (literally ”eight trigram palm”) is a sect that was formed and developed at a later time, originating around the period of the Chien Long Emperor of the Ching Dynasty. Hence, Ba Gua Chang integrated the strengths and specialties of other martial art forms and also incorporated the system of the eight trigrams. As a result, Ba Gua Chang is a form of martial art that is diverse, rich and inclusive in nature. The original creation of Ba Gua Chang is not related to the Ba Gua of the Yi Jing; however, the many variations of the palm forms coincide with the spirit of Ba Gua. Ba Gua Chang incorporates genuineness (strike and defense), kindness (health and well-being), and beauty (artistic aesthetics); a perfect form of martial arts that is in accordance with the art of Taoism. Currently, most of the research on Ba Gua Chang tends to focus on the technical aspect, lacking research on the aesthetic perspective. Therefore, this essay will discuss the aesthetic performance of Ba Gua Chang from the bases of traditional philosophy and beauty. The first section of this paper is the history of the Ba Gua Chang. The remainder of this paper is organized as follows. In Section 2 discussed the aesthetics performance of Ba Gua Chang. Then, in section 3 presented some concluding remarks.
