憲兵學校體戰課程研究以戰技班學習經驗觀點探討

A research on the tactical and skill training course of Republic of China Military Police School

摘要


本研究目的探討憲兵學校戰技專長班隊受訓學員訓練成效與效能分析,並針對研究過程中形成之背景、研究關心課題、研究條件及研究方法採用學習經驗觀點論敘,並以實務體驗參與經驗敘述,採用問卷調查數據回饋及統計調查分析,產生數據結果顯示,在受訓期間每位學員對於體能戰技課程內容學習成效良好、對於武術、體能訓練、專長戰技運用理念更加落實融貫吸收,在體能戰技課程內許多項目能夠更加完善完備學習成就、唯有因臨時性任務使授課時數失衡,但其在鑑測方面能夠依續在期中、期末分段測驗甚佳、藉由此評量能夠更加明確未來國軍專業化所需掌握的訓練目標,使日後在受訓來源的規劃上,可再針對基層部隊進行人力資源結構調查,以確認各部隊在各項戰技師資需求之情況,進而更精確地掌握人力結構,做到針對需求予以訓練,針對精實予以精進的教育訓練機制,建構專業化的時代勁旅。文章內容依序為研究背景、研究目的與課題、研究範圍與限制及名詞解釋介紹。

The purpose of this study is to examine the efficacy and effectiveness of the military police tactical and skill training course from an educational standpoint, focusing on its development, related subjects, conditions, and research methods based on personal and pragmatic accounts with the results compiled in the format of survey, data feedback and statistical analysis. The results demonstrated positive outcome in not only the theoretical and practical aspects of the training, which not only proved the integrity of the course material, but despite the few instances of urgent missions that may have interrupted candidates’ learning, performances in midterm and final examinations were still outstanding. With this assessment, it would be valuable to plan future training courses as well as devising human resource management in order to determine staff requirement and qualifications in the relentless attempt s to optimize military education and training so to achieve a new generation of robust soldiers. This research is presented in the following order; research background, aims and issues, scope and limitations of research, and definitions of terms.
