本試驗在探討利用水稻聯合收穫機經小幅修改後運用於薏苡收穫,以降低薏苡收穫時對人工之需求。水稻聯合收穫機僅就承網網目,二號回流口回擲葉片轉速與搖動選別篩的形狀予以變化修改,承網網目由13 m/m放大為19 m/m,2號回流口回擲葉片轉速由1150 rpm提高為1270 rpm,搖動選別篩由柵狀改為1”方孔。水稻聯合收穫機經修改後運用於薏苡收穫結果顯示,原有故障完全消除。兩行式聯合收穫機(YANMAR TC-750K),可以0.39 m/sec之速度進行薏苡收穫,其排塵損失為2.1~2.5%,損傷率為1%以下。四行式聯合收穫機(YANMAR TC-2200K)作業速度0.47 m/sec,排塵損失在1%以下。修改後之聯合收穫機用於水稻收時對原有性能均不曾產影響。
This experiment is focused on the improvement of rice combine into adiy combine under the minirnun cost and modification. The improved components of rice combine are: 1.) Increase concave mesh from 13m/m to 19 m/m. 2.) Increase the speed of No. 2 auger's throwing back vanes form 1150 rpm to 1270 rpm. 3.) Replace the grate type oscillation straw sieve by net type sieve. From the experimental results, 2.1-2.5% dust loss and 1% kernel damaged rate were obtained by using 2 rows rice combine (YANMAR TC-750K) under 0.39m/sec operation speed, below \% dust loss were obtained by using 4 row*s rice combine (YANMAR TC-2200K) under 0.47m/sec operation speed.
