非洲菊斑潛蠅(Liriomyza trifolii(Burgess))之藥劑篩選及黃色黏板在防治上的應用

摘要


非洲菊斑潛蠅(Liriomyza trifolii(Burgess))為新侵入本省之害蟲,由於蔓延快速、危害嚴重,急需篩選有效藥劑供田間防治之用,乃進行本藥劑防治試驗。從11種藥劑中篩選出對該蟲最有效的藥劑有75% Cyromazine W.P. 5,000倍、50% Cartap S.P. 1,000倍、50% Thiocyclam hydrogenoxalate W.P. 1,000倍、50% Methamidophos S. 1,000倍及47% Parathion E.C. 1,000倍等5種。施藥後4天防治率均在85%以上,但施藥21天後除Cyromazine尚有72.1%之防治效果外,餘均在60%以下,顯示殘效性短。另應用黃色水盤、黃色黏紙、不同色源之吸式誘蟲燈等,比較彼等對非洲菊斑潛蠅成蟲之誘引能力。結果以黃色黏板最具誘引能力,次為黃色水盤,而不同色源吸式誘蟲燈則不具誘引力。將黃色黏板每隔2 m放置一片於畦面,長期誘殺非洲菊斑潛蠅,被害葉率可減少23.8%,防治效果達37.4%。利用黃色黏板誘殺與藥劑配合使用,可減輕斑潛蠅之危害。

The American leafminer, Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess), an insect pest that invaded Taiwan only recently, has rapidly spread out and caused severe damage to many crops. To meet the urgent demand for effective chemicals to be used in the field, this experiment was performed. Among the 11 compounds tested, 5 were found effective, i. e., Cyromazine 75% W.P. (5,000x dilution), Cartap 50% S.P. (1,000x), Thiocyclam hydrogenoxalate 50% W.P. (1000x), Methamidophos 50% S. (1,000x), and Parathion 47% E.C. (1,000x). The control efficacy 4-days after the treatment of all these compounds was >85%. However, their residual efficacy after 21 days dropped to <60%, indicating short persistence, except Cyromazine, which gave 72.1% control of this leafminer. Besides, three different setups were tested for their trapping ability toward adult leafminers. Yellow sticky card proved to be the most effective while yellow water-pan was less effective. And suction-trapping lamps of various lighting colors were totally useless. Yellow sticky cards, placed at 2-m distance on furrows, provide long-term trapping effect; foliage damage was reduced 23.8% and control efficacy reached 37.4%. Combined application of this yellow sticky card and insecticide spray could reduce significantly the damage caused by this leafminer.
