利用報歲蘭養分吸收效率改進肥培技術之研究

The Improvement of Fertilization Techniques by Utilization of Nutrient Uptake Rate in Cymbidium Sinensise

摘要


本研究目的在於探討對報歲蘭對氮、磷、鉀成分吸收特性,並期能瞭解適用於報歲蘭之肥培管理技術。由試驗調查顯示報歲蘭植體中不同營養成分之濃度,氮約為0.77~1.17%,磷約為0.09~0.12%,鉀約為0.88~2.69%,如以氮:磷:鉀平均含量比例而言,則多介於10:1:20之範圍內,且報歲蘭在不同生育時期及植株不同生育部位對氮、磷及鉀等養分的需求反應不同。由肥培試驗結果顯示,施用化肥或有機質肥料處理對報歲蘭生育性狀、花卉品質、植株乾物重及養分吸收量均較對照處理有顯著效益,惟有機質肥料0.5%及1.0%用量處理間差異不顯著,而化肥處理間以施用N-P2O5-K2O;20-10-50之處理對報歲蘭葉寬性狀及植株鉀吸收量上較施用N-P2O5-K2O;20-20-20之處理為佳。如就不同肥料對報歲蘭養分有效吸收利用率而言,化肥方面以施用N-P2O5-K2O;20-10-50處理相對優於施用N-P2O5-K2O;20-20-20處理,有機質肥料則以0.5%用量處理相對高於1.0%用量處理。

This study is to understand the nutrient uptake characteristics of N, P and K fertilizers in Cymbidium sinense in order to apply the techniques to fertilizer management. Results indicated that the concentration of N, P and K in different organs of C. sinense is as follow: N is 0.97 - 1.17%, P is 0.09 - 0.12%, K is 0.88 - 2.69%. The ratio of average content for N:P:K is within the range of 10:1:20. It is found that the requirement response of C. sinense to N, P and K fertilizers is various at different growth stages and plant organs. Result of fertilizer experiment also indicated that there is significant difference in growth condition, flower quality, plant dry weight and nutrient uptake amount of C. sinense between chemical or organic fertilizer treatment plots and control plot. But there is no significant difference between 0.5% and 0.1% organic fertilizer treatments. The leaf width and plant potassium uptake amount in chemical treatment of N-P2O5-K2O, 20-10-15 is better than that of N-P2O5-K2O, 20:20:20. The available nutrient uptake rate of C. sinense among different fertilizer treatment, for chemical fertilizer, the treatment of N-P2O5-K2O:20-10-5 is better than that of N-P2O5-K2O :20-20-20, for organic fertilizer, the treatment of 0.5% is better than that of 1.0%.
