黃色粘板對銀葉粉蝨成蟲之誘引力
Attractiveness of Yellow Sticky Traps for the Silverleaf Whitefly Bemisia argentifolii (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae) on Cucumber
摘要
於胡瓜田測試不同顏色粘板對銀葉粉蝨成蟲誘引力之結果，黃色粘板誘得之成蟲數，顯著高於藍、綠二者。粘板採捲筒式、水平朝上及水平向下等三種應用方法，對銀葉粉蝨之誘引力相同。黃色粘板懸掛高度，與誘得之粉蝨成蟲數呈負相關，於離地30cm、100cm及170cm三種高度，3日後所誘得粉蝨成蟲總數分別為54.0、24.4及9.3隻／張。黃色粘板距離粉蝨蟲源愈遠，對粉蝨成蟲之誘引效果愈弱，試驗結果以距離1m之誘引隻數最多；推估黃色粘板對銀葉粉蝨之有效誘引距離為20~30m。於胡瓜田每隔1～6m懸掛黃色粘板，3日後其誘引之成蟲總數為92.8隻／張～107.8隻／張，不同處理間差異不顯著。田間誘集銀葉粉蝨雌性成蟲之比率（雌／雌＋雄）為0.81，不同顏色及高度的粘板，對成蟲之誘引力並無性別之差異。應用黃色粘板於胡瓜田誘引銀葉粉蝨，建議每畦每隔1m懸掛一片，粘板高度以接近地面為宜，可獲最佳誘引效果。

Three color sticky traps (yellow, blue, and green) were used to evaluate the attractiveness for B. argentifolii adults in a cucumber field. The yellow sticky traps caught more adults than others, and the adults caught by three shape sticky traps (cylindrical, upward horizontal, and downward horizontal) are not significantly different. The yellow sticky traps caught more adults when placed 30 cm above ground than when placed 100 cm and 170 cm, the number of adults were 54.0/trap, 24.4/trap and 9.3/trap, respectively. The yellow sticky traps with the highest attractiveness were placed 1 m than placed 2 m, 4 m, 8 m, 16 m, and 32 m from B. argentifolii source. We suggested that the yellow sticky traps did not show attractant effect on B. argentifolii from 20~30 m away. The yellow sticky traps used cylindrical suspend on each cucumber planting row at 1 m, 2 m, 3 m, 4 m or 8 m intervals, the number of adults trapped in each treatment are not significantly different (92.8/trap~ 107.8/trap). The sex ratio (female/male + female) of B. argentifolii female in cucumber field were 0.81. Attractiveness of sticky traps when different color or height above ground were not different between males and females.
