蕎麥新引進品種適應性及採種技術之研究

Study on the Varieties and Grain Production Techniques of Buckwheat

摘要


為提高本省蕎麥單位面積產量及採種量,進行蕎麥新引進品種產量比較試驗、播種期試驗及台中1號採種技術改進之研究。結果顯示,新引進品種以階上早生、信濃1號及山之內3品種之產量表現較佳,比對照品種常陸秋增加14.1~21.3%。在彰化地區,以10月5日播種之蕎麥可獲最高產量(2,451 kg/ha),較對照者增產32.5%;愈早或愈遲播種均導致蕎麥產量遞減。播種量以條播行距30 cm方式下採用50 kg/ha可獲得最高產量(2,499kg/ha),較農民慣行法顯著增產12.2%;其次為條播行距50 cm方式下播種量70 kg/ha可獲得產量2,440 kg/ha,亦較農民慣行施肥法增收9.6%。

In order to increase the unit yield of buckwheat in Taiwan, the newly introduced lines yield comparison trial, sowing date trial, and improvement of seed production technique of Taichung No. 1 were conducted. The results showed that Hajikami, Shinano No.1 and Yamanouchi had the best yield performance in 14.1- 21.3% higher than that of check variety Hitachi Akisoba. The sowing date trial indicated that seeds sowed early in October had the highest yield in 2,451 kg/ha, and was higher than the conventional sowing date in 32.5%. The seed production trial showed that seeds sowed at the rate of 50 kg/ha by drilling at 30 cm row spacing had the best yield performane (2,499 kg/ha) and was higher than the conventional method in 12.2%. The seeds sowed at the rate of 70 kg/ha by drilling at 50 cm row spacing oftained the 2nd highest yield in 2,440 kg/ha. It was higher than that of the conventional method in 9.6%.
