大型自走式有機肥撒佈機及附屬抓斗之改良測試

The Improvement and Experiment of a Large-size Self-propelled Manure Spreader with Hydraulic Grabber

摘要


為因應農友建議與有機肥代撒佈之高效率需求,研究改良完成一台引擎動力70 hp、變速箱具8前進與2後退速、四輪傳動、載肥量可達2 t之自走式有機肥撒佈機,其組成架構以中改型TMS-18撒佈機為基礎,可供為多量及大規模均勻撒施有機肥使用;而附屬油壓抓斗亦可輔助散裝肥料裝填之用。經測試結果顯示,本機撒佈寬度可達6-8 m,而撒佈均勻度則為95%,整體作業效率較人工撒施與TMS-18機型分別快17及2.2倍,並節省施肥工資68.6%與21.7%。其使用油壓抓斗輔助作業,比純人工裝肥快4.4倍,為一台適合於大面積田區整地前或牧草園使用之高機動性的機械。

A new self-propelled 70 hp manure spreader with four-wheel-drive transmission in 8 forward/2 backward speeds was designed and improved. The capacity of the machine is 2 ton. The structure and the design principle of this spreader were based on the previous research of TMS-18 spreader, but for loading more manure and spreading for larger area. The attached hydraulic grabber can use for assistance of loading loose packed manure. The testing results shows that the spreading width can reach 6-8 meters and the rate of spreading uniformity is 95%. The operation efficiency of this new spreader are 17 and 2.2 times faster than the labor and the TMS-18, respectively, and the operating cost of this spreader are 68.6% and 21.7% saver than labor and TMS-18, respectively. When use the hydraulic grabber as assistance, the loading speed is 4.4 times faster than full labor. Conclusively, this spreader is a suitable and highly mobile machine for using in large field or pasture field.
