不同栽培介質的微生物相變化初步研究

Preliminary Studies on the Microflora Population Dynamics in Different Culture Media

摘要


為了解介質內微生物因子與蔬菜作物栽培限制因素之關聯性,測試市售栽培土(P. G. Mix)及福壽培養土(FuSo)二種介質及本場研發的栽培介質(TSS1)之微生物相變化。在三種供試介質中細菌總數量的變化在整個栽培過程中,呈現動態變化,各供試介質菌量在1.5×10^3至1.9×10^6 cfu/ml中變化。而三種介質內的真菌微生物菌量在0至10^3 prog./ml中變化。在塑膠布遮雨棚區及露天栽培區中三種介質內可測得微生物相以Aspergillus spp.、Penicillium spp.、Trichoderma spp.、Gliocladium spp.、Streptomyces spp.、Bacillus spp.、Mucor spp.、Pythium spp.、Fusarium spp.為主,具拮抗潛勢的拮抗微生物Trichoderma spp.、Gliocladium spp.、Streptomyces spp.、Bacillus spp.可在本場研製的介質TSS1中分離出。而具致病潛勢的病原微生物如Pythium spp.則可在三種介質中發現。由本試驗可證明植物病原菌可藉由栽培介質攜帶與傳播。

To understand the relationship between microbes and limited factors for vegetable seedlings in the culture media, the microflora population dynamics of three kinds of culture media including P. G. mix, FuSo, and TSS1 culture media were studied. Fluctuations of bacterial populations were ranged from 1.5×10^3 to ×10^6 cfu/ml in these media. However, the fungal population densities were from 0 to 10^3 prog./ml. The predominant fungi and bacteria, Aspergillus spp., Penicillium spp., Trichoderma spp., Gliocladium spp., Streptomyces spp. and Bacillus spp. were detected from three culture media in open field and under plastic structure. For the potential antagonists, a majority of Trichoderma spp., Gliocladium spp., Streptomyces spp. and Bacillus spp. was isolated from TSS1 media which were developed by Taichung District Agriculture Improvement Station. The potential pathogen, Pythium spp. was also obtained from these culture media. It was proved that plant pathogen might be carried and transmitted by the materials in the culture medium.
