亞磷酸防治葡萄露菌病

Control of Grape Downy Mildew with Foliar Applications of Phosphorous Acid

摘要


500倍亞磷酸溶液(2 g/l)防治葡萄露菌病效果優於1,000倍亞磷酸溶液(1 g/l),當停止亞磷酸溶液處理後,1,000倍亞磷酸溶液處理區露菌病病勢之進展明顯較500倍亞磷酸溶液處理區快速;葡萄栽培期間使用不同次數之500倍亞磷酸溶液會影響葡萄露菌病發生程度,經3次、6次及9次亞磷酸溶液處理之葡萄先後發生露菌病,但9次亞磷酸溶液處理區病害發生較慢且輕微,而亞磷酸溶液處理區發病快慢又與對照病勢進展速度有關,當對照病 勢進展慢時,亞磷酸防病效果較持久,尤其連續9次亞磷酸溶液處理區效果更明顯;而亞磷酸溶液處理無法延續預防效果到下期作葡萄生產;葡萄連續使用500倍亞磷酸溶液,不會對葡萄果串重、單粒重、糖度、酸度及果粉等果實品質產生負面影響;在臺灣第一期作葡萄萌芽後約5片葉子時,每星期噴施1次500倍亞磷酸溶液,連續使用9次以上,在完全不用露菌病農藥情況下,可非常有效預防葡萄露菌病發生。

Phosphorous acid (H3PO3) applied at 2g/l was better than at 1 g/l on controlling grape downy mildew. Application times of phosphorous acid could affect the development of the disease. Grape downy mildew occurred successively in 3, 6 and 9 applications of phosphorous acid (2 g/l) at 7-days intervals. The disease however developed slowly while applying 9 times of phosphorus acid. Phosphorous acid that applied on grape could control grape downy mildew in the same season, but preventive effect on the disease was incontinent during next growing period which was not treated again with phosphorous acid. Foliar applications of phosphorous acid to 'Kyoho' grape did not decrease fruit quality. In the first growing period of grape in Taiwan, using phosphorous acid at 7-days intervals for 9 times effectively controlled grape downy mildew without the application of fungicides.
