有機農場有機質肥料施用量對稻米品質之影響

Effects of Organic Fertilizers on Organic Rice Quality

摘要


本試驗在累積19個期作水稻有機栽培田進行田間試驗(土壤有機質含量5%),探討不同有機質肥料施用量對稻米品質之影響。綜合試驗結果顯示,兩期作均以每公頃施用4 t菜籽粕之處理,具有最高之白米率及完整米率,碾米品質表現最優。以每公頃施用10 t雞糞堆肥之處理,其白米率及完整米率最低,碾米品質表現較差。分析白米粗蛋白質含量顯示,以每公頃施用4 t菜籽粕之處理,白米粗蛋白質含量為最高,以每公頃施用10 t雞糞堆肥之處理,白米粗蛋白質含量為最低。參試品種臺稉9號以每公頃施用20 t雞糞堆肥處理,具有最高碾米品質及最低白米粗蛋白質含量;臺中秈10號仍以每公頃施用20 t雞糞堆肥處理之白米粗蛋白質含量為最低,但其完整米率表現則較低。針對本試驗產量及稻米品質綜合調查結果,建議考量生產成本並兼顧產量及稻米品質,一期作及二期作均以每公頃施用2 t菜籽粕,即可獲得較高之水稻產量及較優之稻米品質。

Field experiments (organic content 5% and accumulated nineteen cropping seasons in organic farming of rice) were carried out during the first and second cropping seasons of 2005 and 2006, to investigate the effects of amounts of various organic fertilizers on rice-quality with two rice cultivars, i.e., Tai keng 9 of Japonica type, and Taichung sen 10 of Indica type. Six fertilizer treatments were conducted in this study. Experimental results revealed that the rape meal 4 tons/ha treatment showed higher milling quality and content of crude protein compared to other organic fertilizer treatments. But, the chicken compost 10 tons/ha showed lower milling quality and content of crude protein compared to other organic fertilizer treatments. Experimental results revealed that the chicken compost 20 tons/ha treatment of Tai keng 9 showed higher milling quality and lower content of crude protein compared to other five fertilizers. The chicken compost 20 tons/ha treatment of Taichung sen 10 showed lower content of crude protein compared to other organic fertilizers. But, the chicken compost 20 tons/ha treatment of Taichung sen 10 showed lower head rice. In view of this experimental yield and rice-quality synthesis and survey result, suggested that the application of the rape meal 2 tons/ha could to obtain the higher yield and rice-quality in the first and second rice crop.
