本試驗藉由遮陰方式,探討遮陰處理對洋桔梗三個品種-‘順風綠’、‘鑽石白粉’以及‘牛奶泡芙’二次切花栽培品質之影響。試驗結果顯示其遮陰處理試驗區最高氣溫及最高土溫均低於對照組2~4.8℃。遮陰處理組植株性狀表現較佳,株高提高約8~14 cm,並略為增加分枝數,平均節間長也較對照組長約1~1.5 cm,開花特性方面,二次切花總花朵數遮陰處理組相對高於對照組,增加約2~5朵花。而花梗長度也因遮陰處理光量較對照組弱而增加約1~2 cm。另調查切花採收期,遮陰處理可集中盛花期,並較對照組延後約7日,可作為二次切花產期調節之參考。瓶插表現雖兩組的瓶插壽命無顯著差異,但瓶插前3日花朵開放率以遮陰處理組之切花表現較佳。
This experiment was to investigate the effects of shading treatment on the growth and quality of Eustoma grandiflorum 'Voyage green', 'Chou Cream' and 'Diamond Picotee' second-flowering spikes. The results showed that the highest air temperature and soil temperature of shading treatment were 2-4.8℃ lower than that the control one. In shading treatments shown better performance in plant height with 8-14 cm increase, slightly increase in of branch number and the average internode length is 1 to 1.5 cm longer than the control one. As for flowering characteristics, the total flower number of second-flowering spikes was also 2 to 5 more flowers than control onet. However, due to the less light quantity in shading treatment, the peduncle length approximately 1 to 2 cm increase which shown little bit weaker. Shading treatment can condense the blooming period and 7 days delay to start flowering. It can be one of the strategies for production adjustment. The vase-life has no significant difference in two treatments, but the flower blooming rate in the first 3-day of vase period has better performance in shading treatments.
