體育教師工作滿意與工作士氣關係之研究以桃園縣國小體育教師為例

A Study on the Relationship between Physical Education Teachers' Job Satisfaction and Job Morale of Elementary Schools in Taoyuan County

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討桃園縣國小體育教師工作滿意與工作士氣之現況與關係,以及體育教師工作滿意對於其工作士氣之預測力。本研究探用問卷調查法,採用自編問卷作為研究工具,並採行政區域分層比例抽樣原則,依據桃園縣各行政區所在小學班級數之比例進行抽樣,共發出研究問卷600份,回收有效問卷412份,有效問卷回收率為68.67%,所得資料採用t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料處理,結果發現:桃園縣國小體育教師之工作滿意與工作士氣均屬中上程度;體育教師背景變項之「性別」、「教學年資」與「擔任職務」,在工作滿意部分層面之得分有顯著差異;體育教師背景變項之「性別」、「教學年資」與「擔任職務」,在工作士氣部分層面之得分有顯著差異;體育教師工作滿意與工作士氣之間呈顯著正相關,且體育教師工作滿意之「工作報酬」、「工作穩定」與「教學工作」等層面,共可解釋體育教師整體工作士氣之41.9%,其中又以「工作報酬」層面最具預測力,其解釋量為30.6%。本研究之研究結果與建議期能提供給教育行政主管機關與國小校長,作為提振體育教師工作滿意與工作士氣之參考。

The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation of elementary schools Physical Education teachers' job satisfaction and job morale, and explore the predictive power of PE teachers' job satisfaction on their job morale. The research approach applied to this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. Samples were selected via stratified random sampling according to tiers. As a result, 412 PE teachers from elementary schools were selected. The effective rate in survey collection is 68.67%. The statistical methods include factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation. The findings from the analysis were summarized as follows:1. The PE teachers of elementary schools perceived an upper level on job satisfaction.2. The PE teachers of elementary schools perceived an upper level on job morale.3. Gender, length of service, and duty can influence PE teachers' sensation of job satisfaction.4. Gender, length of service, and duty can influence PE teachers' sensation of job morale.5. There is a significant positive relationship between PE teacher's job satisfaction and job morale.6. PE teachers' job satisfaction has a significant predictability on PE teachers' job morale.
