大專運動會資源籌募與賽會管理策略之探討

摘要

本研究採個案研究與文件分析之方式探討大專運動會資源籌募與賽會管理策略。研究結果發現，中正大學辦理大運會總共獲得政府五千萬之補助，其報名費收入為4489000元，社會資源組募得之現金約447萬，以及總值超過一千萬的物資。社會資源組主要資源籌募策略包括，將工作分配至企劃、招募、廣告設計及物流等四個小組，將廠商依類型做區分，直接找決策者聯繫，郵寄大運會贊助內容資料，對個別廠商的需求進行廣告效益分析，以及鍥而不捨與誠懇的態度。2005年大運會主要以固定成本方式及參考歷屆各工作小組支出比例編列預算，其後再視各組特別需要提出追加。其量入為出的支出管理策略獲得良好的成效。整體而言，2005年大運會圓滿達成所預期的目標，其組織運作模式值得借鏡，而管理者在溝通技巧及員工激勵上有待進一步提升。

The main purpose of this study is to understand the strategies for collecting resources and important management in the National Chung Cheng University, which hosted the 2005 University Games. Case studies and document analysis were adopted in this study. The results of this study are as follows: There were 50 million NT dollars subsidized by the government, plus 4,489 thousand dollars from registration fees, 4,470 thousand dollars from donation, and donated goods worth of 10 million dollars. The main strategies taken by the Social Resource Group for collecting financial resources in the 2005 University Games were as follows: to distribute the tasks among four sub-groups, namely, programs designing, sponsors recruiting, advertisement designing, and goods distribution, to perform tasks including categorizing sponsors, communicating with policymakers, mailing related information to sponsors, analyzing the benefits of advertising according to the specific demands of the corporation, and collecting financial resources with perseverance and sincere attitudes. The budget of the working groups of 2005 University Games was drawn up according to the fixed cost and expenditure from the previous University Games, and extra costs were added on account of particular demands. Appropriate budget control results in good effects. Generally speaking, the 2005 University Games reached the expected purpose satisfactorily, and the way of its organization and operation has set an example, but the managers needed to improve their skills of communication, and enhancement of morale.
