亞洲高等教育學府運動產業相關科系課程現況之比較研究-以台灣、日本、韓國及中國為例

The Study of Comparing the Sport Industry Curriculums in Asian Higher Education: The Example of Taiwan, Japan, Korea and China

摘要


研究目的:本研究旨在探討、比較臺灣、日本、韓國及中國高等教育學府運動產業相關科系運動管理專業課程現況。方法:本研究採用內容分析法,以臺灣、日本、韓國及中國等亞洲四個國家為研究對象,透過立意抽樣方式,從4個國家中各選取8所具有運動產業相關科系或學程的大學,以NASSM / NASPE (Sports ManagementProgram Review Council, 2000)所訂定的運動管理學大學部課程標準為基準,進行亞洲四國課程的比較。結果:32所大學符合課程標準比例高於50%的領域有:運動管理與領導(93.75%)、運動行銷(75%)、運動文化與社會內涵(56.25%)及運動法律(56.25%);符合課程標準比例低於25%的領域有運動統御與治理(15.63%)及運動倫理學(12.50%)。最符合課程標準有:日本早稻田大學(90%)、韓國中央大學(80%);臺灣國立臺灣體育學院(90%);中國江西財經大學(70%)。結論:各國運動管理專業課程開設之單位,日本與中國其運動管理的專業課程有些設在學院之下,有些則由專業科系開設;臺灣和韓國之運動管理專業課程則由專業科系負責開設;而符合課程標準且開課比例最高的常見開課科目名稱有:運動管理學、運動行銷學、運動社會學及運動法律。另因應運動商業文化與運動賽會的興起,各國亦開設和運動產業相關的科目,其他亦日漸重視的議題也增加於課程中。

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review and compare the current situation of sport industrial curriculums related to professional sport management programs in Taiwan, Japan, Korea and China. Method: The comparison was processed between 8 universities in 4 countries based on the sport industrial related course standard made by NASSM / NASPE with purposive sampling method. Result: Fields which conform to course standards 32 universities in Asia with above 50% proportion are Management and Leadership in Sport (93.75%), Marketing in Sport (75%), Socio-cultural Dimensions in Sport (56.25%) and Legal Aspects of Sport (56.25%). Furthermore, the curriculums have under 25% ratio of program standards are Governance in Sport (15.6%), Ethics in Sport Management (12.50%). Asian countries which comply with the course standards of NASSM / NASPE(2000) includethat Waseda University (Japan) is 90%, Chung-ang University (Korea) is 80%, National Taiwan College of Physical Education (Taiwan) is 90% and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (China) is 70%. Conclusion: The academies of professional sport management curriculums were similar in two ways. In Japan and China, some of the curriculums were under academy and others were under professional departments. However, in Taiwan and Korea, those curriculums were mainly under professional departments. The most common standardized subjects were Sport Management, Sport Marketing, Sport Sociology and Sport Law. Regarding to the popularity of Sport Business Culture and Competitions are established in every country. Moreover, some issues which are more important these days.
