A 59-year-old woman with secondary esophageal malignancy from previous breast cancer will be presented in this study. The incidence rate of esophageal metastasis from breast cancer is higher in autopsies than in clinical practice. The esophagram of esophageal metastasis usually shows a short segmental narrowing with a smooth margin. Therefore, it is important to consider the possibility of esophageal metastasis when a segmental smooth narrowing is disclosed in the esophagram of a patient who has trouble swallowing with a history of breast cancer.
