Advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging Findings of Anaplastic Papillary Glioneuronal Tumor

並列摘要

We report a case of double brain tumors with anaplastic papillary glioneuronal tumor (PGNT) and atypical menin-gioma. PGNT typically has a good outcome and is regarded as a benign tumor. However, few cases of aggressive or malignant PGNT have been reported occasionally. To the author's knowledge, this is the first report of advanced MRI features of PGNT. The MR perfusion, diffusion, susceptibility and spectroscopy findings may reflect the aggressive clinical course of this patient.
