本文為個案研究,係對一個企業化經營之蘭花農場進行經營管理的分析。全文包括農場之創設經過及其演變、營運現況,並分別就生產管理、人事管理、行銷管理、財務管理以及研究發展的管理等方面探討其經營管理狀況,而且,為期瞭解農場經營成果及其財務狀況,尚編製財務報表進行財務分析,最後,探討目前所遭遇的問題,並提出解決之道。
This is a case study for the operation and management of an orchid farm. The course of farm establishment and changes as well as the operational status were described in this report. In addition, the farm management was investigated with the viewpoints of management on production, staffing, marketing, financing as well as research and development. In order to understand the achievement of farm management and the financial status, balance sheet and income statement were also designed for financial analysis. Finally, the current problems confronted were also investigated and approaches to slove these problems were suggested.
