日本有機農業病蟲害防治技術發展

摘要

日本為了使有機栽培技術普及，編印不同作物之「有機栽培技術指南」4本，除了紙本印刷並提供栽培者免費網路下載使用。本文內容就上述書籍及整理本場赴日本考察資料，將日本有機農業之病蟲害防治技術發展歸類為耕作防治、物理防治、生物防治及化學防治等4大項，針對各項再列舉防治方法，以提供臺灣有機栽培農戶參考。

For the extension of organic farming in Japan, four volumes of ＂Organic cultivation techniques guide＂ published for various crops in Japan is available for both printed version and free online version. This article summarizes our visiting experience and the guide of pest control in the book, including cultural control, physical control, biological control and chemical control. The pest control methods may provide insights for farmers in Taiwan.
