推動有機新農業

Promote Organic New Agriculture

摘要


有機農業是重視生產、生活及生態特性之產業,亦是一種對環境最友善的耕種方式,除可生產安全、優質的農產品供應市場外,亦可降低農業生產對環境之衝擊,促進生物多樣化,確保農業永續經營,對於食品安全及國民健康維護等,都有重大效益。惟仍面臨著國內農業生產環境改變、消費者對有機農產品品質嚴格要求、國際有機同等性產品貿易規定之歧見等挑戰。有機農業促進法已於本(107)年5月30日公布,並自公布後1年施行,將為促進我國有機農業永續發展,增進有機農產品品質,以維護國民健康與兼顧生產者及消費者權益,並達到環境有機生態、農民有機生產及消費者有機生活之目標,以落實有機農業促進法「促進」產業發展之精神,朝成為有機國家之目標邁進。

Organic Agriculture is an industry of attach importance to manufacture and ecological characteristics. It's also the most friendly mode for the environment. In addition to produce safety and high quality agricultural products for supply the market, and it also can decrease the impact of agricultural production on the environment, promote biodiversity. It can make sure that agricultural management is sustainable. For food safety and protect national health, it have significant benefits. Only if facing changes in the domestic agricultural production environment, consumers' stringent requirements for the quality of organic agricultural products, and disagreement on International Organic Equivalent Product Trade Regulations. Organic Agriculture Promotion Law announced on May 30th, in 2018. It will execute after one year. This Law will promote the sustainable development of organic agriculture, increase the quality of agricultural products. To maintain national health and to balance producers and consumers' rights, and achieve the goal of environmental organic ecology, farmers' organic production and consumers' organic life. Implementing the spirit of the Organic Agriculture Promotion Law to "promote" the development of Organic Agriculture. Moving towards the goal of becoming an organic country.
