摘要

在台灣，24%為農田，因此田區的操作模式除攸關食安外也直接影響生態環境。如何提供營養安全且足夠的糧食，也留給後代無毒的環境，是迫切亟待思考的重大議題，推動友善或有機耕作，促使環境保護及農業經濟並行，等同永續台灣。本內容將說明綠色保育標章推動PGS友善環境耕作的查證體系，期望透由邀請消費者及相關之利益方參與現地勘查，藉由相關利益方之共同願景、目標和利益共享的過程，推動多方參與式查證系統（PGS）。多方參與整合下將有效提升整體生態環境品質，落實農村經濟與生態環境等綠色效益永續。

In Taiwan, 24% of the land is farmland. Therefore, the practices mode of farming will directly affects the ecological environment, in addition to the food safety. How to provide nutritious and sufficient food without damaging the environments for future generations is a major issue. Promoting Eco-friendly or organic farming, promoting environmental protection and agricultural economy in parallel, is equivalent to perpetuating Taiwan. This content will explain the certification system of green conservation program by using the Participatory Verification System (PGS) .It is hoped that by inviting consumers and relevant stakeholders to participate in the local exploration, the parties will promote the multi-party through the shared vision, goals and benefit sharing process of relevant stakeholders. Multiparty participation and integration will effectively improve the overall ecological environment quality and implement sustainable green benefits such as rural economy and ecological environment.
