國際水果消費市場趨勢與拓展

The Tendency and Expansion of Global Consumption Market on the Fresh Fruits

摘要


臺灣具有地理優勢,農業生產區位同時涵蓋熱帶、亞熱帶及溫帶,栽種優質果品超過30餘品項,果品種植面積接近20萬公頃,供應國內需求與出口市場,年產值新臺幣千億元。就國際果品消費市場結構而言,從國內生產優勢與國際市場需求的供需初步分析,蜜棗、釋迦、荔枝、蓮霧、香蕉、鳳梨、芒果、柑橘與柚子等,皆是具有出口競爭能力的優質果品。本簡報一方面藉由貿易理論之顯示性比較利益(Revealed Comparative Advantage, RCA),以及貿易互補度指數(Trade Complementary Index,TCI),綜合研析上述果品我國出口機會;另一方面,再就實務面藉由業者的觀點提出發展構想。

Taiwan has geographic advantages, the areas of agriculture production have tropic, subtropic and temperate zones. In these areas where have around 200 thousand hectares of farmland. And planting over 30 various types of fruits that these can supply domestic and foreign markets simultaneously. Furthermore, the production value of a year is about 100 billion NTD. On the part of international market structure by taking the advantage of domestic production and the requirement of international market, it is noticeably that jujube, sugar apple, litchi, wax apple, banana, pineapple, mango, citrus, pomelo and so on, all of these are competitive fruits when export to other countries from Taiwan. This presentation will analyze the fruits of exporting opportunity which from our country by the comparative advantage of the trade theory(Revealed Comparative Advantage, RCA)and the trade complementary index(Trade Complementary Index, TCI). This presentation will also take traders' viewpoint to propose practical development ideas.
