摘要

「病人安全」議題受到世界各國重視，隨著經濟發展人口結構的改變、教育程度及生活水準提升，國人對醫療保健服務不再只是滿足其基本需求而已，更要求有安全良好的就醫環境，醫療疏失及錯誤對病人所造成的傷害，已成為社會大眾關注焦點。護理人員在對於病人安全問題把關上，擔任具舉足輕重的重要角色，其病人安全措施的執行是各醫療單位必須注重的。對於臨床服務第一線的護理人員，不但須24小時照顧病人，同時付起病人安全把關的重要任務，故其對病人安全認知瞭解程度，將影響病人安全工作推動之成效。本文藉由文獻查證，探討護理人員對病人安全認知之議題，目的在協助護理人員能朝向建構病人安全文化與提升護理人員病人安全認知，以正向思維與態度捍衛病人就醫與醫護人員之安全。

＂Patient safety＂ has caught the world's attention. As education and living standards improved due to economic development, health care services now needs not only to meet their basic needs, but also require a good and safe medical environment. Also, treatment related errors can cause harm to the patient and has become the focus of public attention. Nurses play an important role in carrying out patient safety measurement and need the attention in every medical units. For the first-line clinical services nursing staff, they not only need to take care of the patient 24 hours a day, but also take the main responsibility of patient safety. So the awareness and level of understanding of patient safety of the nurses will affect the effectiveness of promotion of patient safety measurement. This article uses the literature review, discuss the awareness and understanding of patient safety issues among nurses. The goal is to use a positive thinking and attitude at assisting nurses to construct a patient safety culture and enhance nurses patient safety awareness, in order to improve the safety of medical environment.
