台灣地區智慧醫院競爭力評估指標之研究

本文透過文獻分析和德爾菲問卷調查的運用，從智慧化基礎架構的架設、醫療電子儀器和智慧裝置的發展、解決方案的建置至服務平台的開發，進行資料蒐集、分析與討論，循序建構出一套適用於台灣地區智慧醫院競爭力之評估指標。1.以「文獻分析」發展智慧醫院競爭力衡量指標架構雛型，歸納出主架構、具體指標及之指標細項及其內容。2.運用「德爾菲」問卷建構智慧醫院競爭力之評估架構與衡量指標，經由三階段德爾菲專家評定，建構智慧醫院競爭力之評估指標，第一層包括「硬體建置」與「軟體文化」二項主構面；第二層包括：「醫院架構」、「智慧裝置」、「系統平台」「智慧醫療」、「病患滿意」與「醫院文化」等六項具體指標，第三層計十八項指標內涵，均具備「重要」至「非常重要」之屬性，本研究結果，在學術上可以作為醫院創新研究的基礎，在實務上提供醫院競爭力策略評估參考。

This text is written by collection, analysis and discussion of data which are derived from the historical documents to construct one set of applicable structure to evaluate competence of smart hospital in Taiwan. 1. The analysis of literature documents is used to develop the prototype of evaluating smart hospital competence, to induce valuation structure and content of system factor, concrete index and sub-index item. 2. To construct the valuation structure of smart hospital competence by the use of ＂Delphi technique＂ and assessed by expert through three stages. The structure are composed of three dimensions, the first one includes two system factors,＂ establishment of hardware＂ and＂ culture of software＂ ; The second concrete index includes 6 items such as＂ architecture structure of hospital ＂, ＂ installation of intelligence ＂, ＂ platform of system ＂,＂ wisdom of medical ＂ , ＂ satisfaction of ＂ and＂ culture of hospital ＂ etc., The contents of third index contain 18 items which attribute classified as ＂importance＂ to the ＂extreme importance＂. The results of the study could be the basis of further hospital innovation research in the academic fields, and for the reference of hospital competence strategy in practical fields.
