探討生物電阻分析儀應用於成年女性體脂肪與內臟脂肪測量結果之分析

The analysis of body fat and visceral fat measurement by bioelectrical impedance analyzer on female adult

摘要


研究背景: 本研究應用雙能X 光吸收儀(Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, DXA)、電腦斷層(Computerized tomography, CT)與站立式生物阻抗分析之體脂計(Omron, HBF361)與(Tanita,BC305)於全身體脂肪率(percentage of body fat)與腹部內臟脂肪面積(VFA- Visceral Fat Area)之測量結果,進行交叉驗證。研究方法: 以DXA、CT 與站立式之腳對腳生物阻抗分析體脂計,針對台灣地區健康女性45名(年齡: 35.10 ± 17.66 歲, 體重: 56.49 ±11.43 公斤, 身高: 160.78 ± 6.31 公分) (平均±標準偏差量)。同時進行全身體脂肪率(BF%)、腹部內臟脂肪面積(VFA)測量,以測量結果其進行相關性、差異分佈分析。結果: 以DXA 與HBF361、BC305 兩方法所測量體脂肪率(BF%)其間的結果,受測者其相關係數、平均差異值(±標準偏差(SD.))各為 R = 0.919、0.897, mean = -1.89 (± 5.60) %、-2.76 (±5.03)%。以CT 與HBF361、BC305 兩裝置所測量腹部內臟脂肪面積(VFA)其間的結果,受測者其相關係數、平均差異值與標準偏差各為 R = 0.919、0.897, mean = -18.91 (± 18.14) cm^2、-19.66(± 22.26) cm^2。結論: 比較站立式商用生物阻抗分析之體脂計與DXA、CT 兩具參考價值測量方法於體脂肪率(BF%)與腹部內臟脂肪面積(VFA)測量,本研究的受測者在對應的測量項目其結果皆達高正相關性,顯示站立式生物阻抗分析於體脂肪率與腹部內臟脂肪面積的測量具有一定的參考與應用價值。

Research background: This study was aimed to cross validate the measurement of total body fat and visceral fat area by Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), Computerized tomography (CT) and standing bioelectrical impedance analyzer, which were Omron HBF361 and Tanita BC305. Methodology: The study was conducted by using DXA, CT and standing bioelectrical impedance analyzer to analyze the percentage of body fat (% BF), visceral fat area (VFA) on 45 Taiwanese adult female (age: 35.10±17.66 years old years (mean ±standard deviation, SD), body weight: 56.49±11.43 kg, body height: 160.78±6.31 cm) followed by correlation and mean variance analysis. Results: Comparing with DXA, the correlation of the percentage of body fat (% BF) observed by HBF361 and BC305 were 0.919 and 0.897, respectively, while the mean variance of this analysis were -1.89±5.60% and -2.76±5.03% (mean ± standard deviation, SD), respectively. Comparing with CT, the correlation of the VFA observed by HBF361 and BC305 were 0.919 and 0.987, respectively, while the mean variance of this analysis were 18.91±18.14 cm^2 and -19.66 ±22.26 cm^2, respectively.
