摘要

本研究旨在探討我國國立大學校務基金實施與未來發展，首先透過文獻的蒐集與分析，了解我國國立大學校務基金實施的背景、預算制度的演進、高教資源的分配與收入來源，並將其彙整於本研究中進一步探討。最後根據文獻分析與結果，提出我國國立大學校務基金實施相關的建議。

The purpose of the present study was to examine the implementation and future of endowment fund of national universities in Taiwan. Firstly, through the collection and analysis of related studies, we can understand the background characteristic of endowment fund, the evolution of its budgeting system, the distribution of higher education resources and the income sources of it, and then summarized these topics in the study for further discussions. Finally, according to the analysis and conclusion of the study, I made few suggestions for implementation of endowment fund of national universities in Taiwan.
