中醫治療肝纖維化的研究概況

摘要

肝纖維化是慢性肝炎發展成肝硬化甚至於肝癌的必經途徑，在病理上仍是一種可逆性的病變；因此，吸引很多學者從事基礎和臨床研究，產生了大量的學術報告。透過實驗室的研究，對於抗肝纖維化中醫藥的作用機理有更進一步的認識。中醫藥對於肝纖維化等一些慢性病的治療有其獨到之處，雖然對肝纖維化中醫學的病因、病機之看法不盡相同，辨證論治也眾說紛紜，但是不必依賴檢驗報告，卻是一致的觀點。活血化瘀法為中醫的一大特色，各種慢性病皆存在微循環障礙，尤其是肝纖維化更為明顯，從各家論述可知端倪。

Hepatic Fibrosis (HF) the only pathway which must be passed from chronic hepatitis into liver cirrhosis or hepatoma, which is a reversible pathological changes in pathology. Therefore, many scholars are attracted into the research of its basic and clinical researches with abundant medical reports are presented. Throughout the in vitro studies, we have further understanding of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and herbs in the application of anti-fibrosis of liver.The traditional Chinese medicine and herbs are found to have unique original view in the therapy of some chronic diseases. Although there are many viewpoints of etiology and mechanism of hepatic fibrosis in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine with varied and divergent theories promoted, the independence of medical examination report in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis is the unanimous viewpoints.Activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis is a major characteristic of the traditional Chinese Medicine. Every chronic disease has obstruction of microcirculation, especially in the hepatic fibrosis. We can find an inkling of the matter from recent medical researches and exposition.
